I am watching the morning news on channel 11 and they always have their morning work out...well Mindy's gliding is going to be on this morning! Cool, huh?

I'd love to look into that but I exercise on carpet.

Actually Mindy's Gliding workout that's made for the general public is made to be done on carpet. Only the "Pro" version has the option of being purchased to be done on the hardwood floor. So you may want to still check it out.

Hi,
I have her gliders and work out on the carpet. They glide just fine!
