I'm also gonna throw in the floor work. It may kill me, but hopefully by then I won't have to be buried in my fat clothes. LOL.

Okay, you made me spit my salad all over the screen cracking up about the "fat clothes" remark! :)

The only advice I can really think of is to be careful of overloading your legs. The floorwork has been a great addition for me, but I also lightened up my weight for 1 weighted workout each week. So I go heavy for 2 weighted leg workouts, and the middle of the week workout I go with a lighter weight, usually no heavier than 40#bb.
But see what works for you, I try to mix it up so my body doesn't get too use to the same poundage, but initially when starting to use weights I went as heavy as possible all the time, it just got to be too much once I added the floorwork, plus because I need so much cardio to burn fat, I just didn't want to "burn out" and be forced to take a break. "God only knows how far off track I could eat myself if I ever had to take a break from working out!"

Donna, thanks so much for the words of advice. I just read the rotation that you posted for Marisol and I plan to pick up with week 7 after this rotation. (Weeks 1-6 look almost the same).

It really looks fun and I can't wait to get started!!

Hi Debbie and thank you soooo much :)
I cannot believe it's been almost a year! Time really does fly! I have learned so much over this year from you and others here like you, and I look forward to the next year. Maybe this time next year I'll be able to say, "I'm at my goal weight!" "WOOOO-HOOOOO!" But until then, I'll be satisfied with getting healthier, fitter and leaner pound by oh so slow pound!
You guys fortify me! You make me feel as though I will accomplish my weightloss goal, no excuses, no dropping out or giving up, it would be like letting down a family member, or disappointing a loved one. So my thanks is to you guys~ you make every lost pound easier!
