I started on Saturday too, though my weigh-ins are going to be on Friday's. Are you doing the online version? If so, you can calculate your activity points there, though as you mentioned, I'm not so sure of the accuracy. I'm definitely not an expert, but I would suggest listening to your body and if you're hungry, use the points, if not, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. I guess it is something you can tailor to your individual need. As far as banking the activity points, I believe I would only bank a few, and not all (as in the past).
