Pouring over my Hers M&F mag - I read the article "BEYOND 300". Have any of you ladies ever done one of these workouts? At first I thought, "that's not so bad".....
until I read more closely the exercises....
Not one but two sets of pull-ups...maybe one (& by one I mean O-N-E pull up!) Push-ups, maybe with breaks - time to hit the 100 push up challenge again!
I'd like to give it a try though. Would it still count if I did something other than pull-ups?
I also see they have a HiiT workout. That's looks more doable for me. Has me excited to see Cathe's version!!
