I thought it would be easier just to post it.
Here it is.
Garlic-seafood-pasta
12 ounces linguine or fettuccine
2 tablespoons lite butter or margarine
6 cloves garlic,minced
1 pound medium shrimp,peeled and deveined
1 package(8 ounces) imitation lobster bites
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Prepare the pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile,melt the butter or margarine in a medium
skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook
1 minute. Add the shrimp and lobter bites and cook,
stirring frequently,for 4 minutes,or until the shrimp
are opaque. Place the pasta in a large bowl and toss with the garlic butter and seafood. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Makes 6 servings.

If you don't like seafood you can subsitute chicken
If this is too much garlic just add to your liking.
I serve this with a dinner salad and the meals complete.
