Warning: if you're a guy you don't want to read this.
I was at the gym last night doing my bi/back workout. So I'm in the middle of TTOM & while I was doing pullups I felt some slippage in my, ummmm, protection. I figured WTH, I have a few sets left, I can make it.......
NOT! In the middle of my second set of lat pulldowns it was moving even more.......I had to stop everything & get to the ladies' room ASAP, which was difficult b/c I wanted to run but didn't want the worst possible thing to happen so I had to take these little baby steps to prevent even more slippage.......
I guess it just goes to show you women who work out do more Kegel exercising than they might realize.
I swear, I don't know how but sometimes I put myself in the most embarassing situations. x(
