Donna...you made me laugh! Not sure I am CAPABLE of looking tough at 4'11". I just felt weird having DH take pictures of my trying to flex. I'm glad I did though, so I could track my progress.
Great news, girls...No secrets here! I just do my best to do what were told to do...workout everyday (strenth, cardio AND STRETCHING) and TRY TRY TRY to eat clean (constant battle for me!).
Ah, yes...no hips. Also, NO WAIST! And I hate it. I want a little curve so bad! Any suggestions or am I doomed from genetics?
