Herbalife Meal Plan

Has anyone used the herbalife meal plan diet? How was your success? I have been doing it for 4 weeks now and am losing pounds and inches really well, just wondering if anyone wants to share their knowledge and experience.;)

Patricia, are you affiliated with Herbalife in any way?

Okay, because the way you posted that, asking people to post their success stories, rather than just asking for feedback, and not being specific about your own success with it, leads me to think you may be trying to sell Herbalife. I note that you have only a couple of posts here, so this is somewhat suspect in my view. Please forgive me if I am wrong, but something strikes me as off in your original post.

I am sorry if you thought me suspect. I guess I just worded my post wrong. I am looking for feedback on any success so that I don't feel like I am paying for nothing so to say! I know the rules of the forum and I would never do anything to allow me not to enjoy and read the posts. Are we clear now?

I tried herbalife many years ago with no success whatsoever. Personally I would never use a meal replacement system again. Only real food for me. I lost over 45lbs eating real food and have kept it off for over 3 years. I also cannot stand MLM. Just my opinion. If it works for you go for it. :D

A co-worker of mine lost 50 pounds with Herbalife but gained it all back when she stopped taking the meal replacements for breakfast and lunch. It seems like a program that's hard to sustain long-term and doesn't educate you about making good food choices. Good for a quick fix but that's it.

I am one who have tried it and believe me, I put back more than I lose when I stop taking it.
There were some controversy about the ingredients used in Herballife and also liver and kidney disorders or something like that resulting from long time usage. If you google it, you will find those writeups.

Okay, now you guys are scaring me!! I am on a 12 week challenge, but i can already seeing me cutting down on the shakes, mostly for the fact that it is so expensive, but it has done what I wanted the program to do, which is kick start me back to working out all the time regularly, and eating more fruit and veggies.
I had a really bad year last year and totally fell of the wagon, I mean big time, so it is helping me. I never really beleived that you could just drink your meals although the shakes are very filling.:p
