Help!!

I have a workout by Kimberly Spreen and one by Amy Bento, and all of Jari Love's videos. I used to do a lot of the "old" Firm videos (and still mix them in occasionally), but I am so spoiled by Cathe's videos that I tend to reach for those most often.

Oh, I've also got a few yoga videos that I use to help improve my flexibility. (I like Kathy Smith's yoga videos.)

I've gotten into a routine that ensures that I get my workouts done six days a week. I don't think I'd be able to do the same if I had to get in the car and go somewhere to work out!
