Hi Everyone,
I have not posted in a while but I am so desperate right now,I am at the point that I want to take prescription pills for weight loss because I do not feel motivated or even able to begin a weight loss program.
I lost 85 pounds a while ago and then had a baby and gained alot of weight.
Well needless to say baby is now 20 months old and Mama is still 30 pounds overweight.
How do I get motivated again?
The first time I was on weight watchers and that was how I lost the weight,Should I just return to w.w or what.
I do workout daily with Cathe and I do have Upper body definition(I guess we don't have to disscuss the lower Half)
Anyway that anyone can help I NEED MOTIVATION PLEEEAAASSEEEEE!!!!
Tahnks In Advance,
Marisol
:D

Hi Marisol,
My motivation was not only what I looked like in the mirror from the waist down, but how my pants fit me x( ... I was sooo frustrated at myself for letting myself get in that shape. I know that I was not hugely overweight, but I was enough that I could no longer wear my size 8 levis ..... now happy to say with Cathe's videos and dvd's I have lost 28 lbs and now even those size 8's are too big .....
Marisol, you can do it, you go girl ..... Best wishes and God bless ... Rhonda :7

Marisol, it sounds like you know the answer... if money is not the issue, it sounds like WW is what you need. A friend has lost nearly 30 pounds with WW and I don't think she would have gotten enough motivation any other way. It just works for her personality. (Me, I'm happy with my Diet Organizer, treadmill, and Cathe tapes.)

Hi, Marisol . . . help is on the way! :D

I think it would help us here if you could post your current workout program and schedule. It could well be that, in addition to following a Weight-Watchers-style eating program, your workout routine and its ratio of cardio to strength training could use some re-jiggering. Please post what you are currently doing, and I'll bet many here could have some very productive suggestions for you.

Above all else, DO NOT GO ON PRESCRIPTION DIET PILLS. You don't need 'em, and they would be at best ineffective (not to mention expensive) and at worst very bad for your health.

Lookin' forward to hearing from you -
