Help!

Does anybody knows a store where I can purchase "Kick, Punch & Crunch" Video or DVD? I don't have a credit card, so I can buy it with a money order or check.
Can anybody help me? Any information will be very much appreciated. Thanks!

cathe dvds are not sold in stores but if you click on "catalog" on the home page, you can get a catalog of her dvds/videos and order by mail. i had done that before i got online and it may take a little longer but it worked. i believe also you can fill out an order form online you can print it out and mail it but don't quote me on the latter.
