Do you have Boot Camp? They are in the warm up of bootcamp where you start in a standing position and put your palms on the floor in front of you and jump your feet out behind you and back in again and then stand up again.
If I'm not mistaken, it is where you're standing, squat down, put your hands on the floor, shoot your feet out behind you, pull your feet back in, and stand up. Hopefully if I'm wrong, someone will let us know.
LOL. You think THOSE are bad. Cathe does a WORSE version in BC too called "squat thrust climbers"! There is an extra movement added in on the floor and then when you get up from this you are supposed to jump up in the air and then squat back down and do it again...talk about feeling light headed! I have to omit the jumps on these. I just stand up...
When I say "modified" it's because I've got CTX and that's it! By Monday I'll have the Intesity series and Body Blast series...That should help with that rotation a bit...I'm scared! And knees are a shakin'!!!
