Just a quick note - first - I've become addicted to your workouts. I love the Intensity Series and the Slow and Heavy. Your new CTX and Ab Hits are great!!! I'm waiting delivery for my new step and then I will be complete with all the equipment I need, not to mention that I want to tackle some of your step videos. I've been doing pyramid - lower body and I have tremendous pain in the shin area of my right leg. Seems to flair up when I do the leg presses with the fanny lifter or lunges. What am I doing wrong? I've tried just using one section of the fanny lifter - blue section but still the pain comes back. Presently I haven't done any lower body routines because the pain keeps coming back. I don't run - what could it be. Am I using proper form? Any advice would be greatly appreciated because now that I've started to see some definition in my quads, etc. I don't want to lose it!
