Help with Rotation!

Hi Cathe,

I am fairly new to your workouts and I have to say they are the absolute best available. I was thrilled to see your release of Basic Step/Body Fusion and bought it immediately upon release and love it.

So, of course I wanted more. I ordered your Timesaver (due to my busy schedule of working full time and a full time grad student) and Imax 2/Cardio and Weights DVDs. Can you please give me a rotation suggestion for these DVDs?

My main goal is to lose 15-20 pounds. I have dropped 60 lbs in the last year and these last 15 lbs are being really stubborn! I have been at my current weight now for about two months and I can't get the scale to budge. I am hoping that these new DVDs will shock my system!

I really appreciate the wonderful workouts and your help!

Hi Valerie! Wow, congratulations on your weight loss success. I'm very impressed with your focus and determination.

There are so many ways to use these workouts. I will tell you that for the goal you mentioned the best thing to do is do IMAX 2 once a week, and a sprinting workout once a week. Your sprinting workout will be 30 minutes and will do the following:

5 minute brisk walk
5 minute light run
5 minute moderate run
15 seconds running as fast as you can and then recover for 45 seconds (do this 8 times).
walk to cool down 5 minutes
stretch for a few minutes

Imax 2 and this sprint will be your plateau busting workouts. The other 2 to 3 cardio workouts (your choice) can be moderate to high intensity.

Do two total body weight workouts per week also (ie: power hour)

Eat well, sleep well, and drink a lot of water.
