Help with new rotation...

Good Morning everyone,
I have been thinking over the last couple of days that I would like to start a new rotation.ANd who better to ask then you guys?:)
Once again I am not a big girl but I wouldn't mind sheding those last few pounds and I would love to get my arms more visible without flexing. And what a great time to get started, considering that this time of year we are covered up with layers of clothing.
I was thinking of doing aerobics everyday and then maybe doing one body part from Slow and heavy everyday and maybe working legs twice a week.Once with slow and heavy and then maybe putting power hour in there somewhere? And prehaps two interval wokrouts a week? Oh, I don't know. And I haven't got a chance to sit down and look at everything yet.Besides for that,I guess I don't want to spend to much time wreaking my brain over this b/c hopefully the new DVD's will be here soon.Or maybe I could go back to the Tank Top Rotation?
I am in Canada so it may take me another 4-6 weeks to get my dvd's considering that they aren't even ready to be shipped yet.
But anyway,if anyone can help me with this,it would be greatly appreciated.Or I may just do Donna's rotation.;-)
Thanks Guys,
I hope everyone is enjoying their holidays,
Lori

If you haven't done PS in a while. Go for it! If you can't manage 60 " of cardio on upper body days, don't worry. I did it with 35-50". For example some days I would do half of MIC with BBA and the other half of MIC with CST (always doing the MIC warm up). Body Max parts 1 &/or 2 work nice with PS upper body days also.

I think a PS rotation would be good too. I like to do one of the cardios from CTX and then a PS tape. I also seen you love to run in your personal profile. I have been doing Cathe's Advanced Treadmill Workout and a PS rotation and it was great.. Just some ideas. I have done a one part a day S&H rotation, but found I like it better doing the each tape as a whole.

Mon: Power Circuit cardio and PS CST
Tue: Run or 1 hour step tape (Rhythmic Step)
Wed: All Step Cardio PS L&A
Thur: Cathe's Advanced Treadmill Workout and PS BBA
Fri: Run
Sat: Body Max or CTX Step and Intervals and Power Hour
Sun: Rest or Run

With the weather being colder I find myself doing Cathe's treadmill workout. I LOVE IT!!
Those 10 minutes walking at a 14 incline is a killer. But what a rush..

MY husband wanted to get me a treadmill for christmas but I didn't want one.Now I kind of want one.I was afraid to dish out all that money when I didn't know if I was going to like it.I have only been on a treadmill once before and I didn't like it but I am sure I could get use to it.
My eating habits over the holidays have been horrible.I am eating as many sweets in one day , as I would eat in a week.I am going to have to make up a new years resolution about that one.
But sometimes if the weather is mild and there isn't to much snow down ,I can go for a run if I am lucky.I find that I am getting really bored now with my old tapes.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestions guys.I needed some help.I think I am going to try the PS rotation. And put one powerhour in there a week.I will probably be doing more cardio though. It feels like I have gained 10 pounds in the last week.

Could you please tell me what Cathes treadmill workout is in detail
I Love my treadmill and I Love Cathes tapes am gonna start a new rotation and would love to see hers
Thanks tons

Lori, I'm gonna do Donna's PS rotation and just add a cardio on the first 4 weeks to get in 5 a week. Also, gonna make 1 or 2 of them an interval workout. Gonna split up PS legs for the first 4 wks into standing and floorwork. That adds a leg workout, but they are both 30 min or less.

I really love my TM. Workouts can be short and killer if you do them on an incline with intervals or long at mod intensity (in THR zone) watching a movie. Love it for winter.

Robin,
I have the new Muscle and Fitness Hers mag and I was flicking through it yesterday and I read that you only have to train your legs once a week but train them hard.Where the legs are a bigger muscle group it takes them longer to recovery.I think this is what I am going to try.I will do the leg workout and then do MIS or Powerhour on Saturday.
Thats why I am up so early now, I have to do aerobics and back and biceps.
Gotta go get started,
Lori
