Help with more muscle definition

I would like to start building more muscle and definition. I am presently doing Muscle Max once/week and cardio intervals 2-3 times/week.

Has anyone seen results from doing the Gym Style Series? Also, any suggestions on what weight to work up to.

Lina, I have the Gym Style series. They ALL give results! I just did the Gym Style Legs today, I've had this one for a couple of months. Add this to running and there was more definition in my calves. GS chest really helps too. The push-ups are HARD! Good luck, Gettingfitmom :)
