Help with frequency of workouts!

Hi Cathe

I'm in the UK & new to your workouts - have just bought CTX & IMAX2/C&W dvds.

I'm 'fairly' fit at the moment but need to loose around 21lbs and really tone up everywhere! Would love to get upper body definition too! (Currently doing some cardio and weights).

Is there a specific rotation with these dvds that would give me maximum results?

Hi Andrea! There is not a specific rotation written anywhere, but most of these workouts are pretty tough and will work well for you. Since you are fairly fit here is what I suggest. Also, eat a super clean diet and your results will be optimal.

Week One, two, and three:

CTX series in its entirety. One per day in this order:

Mon: Power Circuit
Tues: 10-10-10
Wed: Step and Intervals
Thurs: Leaner Legs
Fri: All Step
Sat: Kickbox
Sun: Rest

Week four, five, and six

Mon: Imax 2

Tues: CTX Bonus segement on Disc #2 Upper Body Split

Wed: 30 minute run followed by CTX Bonus Abs (select one ab segment of the four)

Thurs: Imax 2

Fri: CTX Bonus segement on Disc #2 Upper Body Split

Sat: 30 minute run followed by CTX Bonus Abs (select one ab segment of the four)

Sun: REST


Week 7, 8, and 9

Mon: Cardio and Weights
Tues: Imax 2
Wed: Leaner Legs
Thurs: 45 minute interval run (include 30 second sprints with recovery sprinkled throughout the run)
Fri: Rest
Sat: CTX Kickbox (cardio only followed by bonus Ctx upper body split)
Sun: 30 minute steady state run followed by Ctx bonus abs (one of the four segments)

Week 10, 11, 12

CTX series in its entirety just as in week 1, 2, and 3.

Mon: Power Circuit
Tues: 10-10-10
Wed: Step and Intervals
Thurs: Leaner Legs
Fri: All Step
Sat: Kickbox
Sun: Rest
