what should I get next? Low max is what I'm thinking...What are the best upper and lower body. Thanks in advance!!
 
You have a lot of muscle endurance, circuit style, cardio workouts. Maybe your next purchase should be on strength training videos such as Pure Strength, Slow and Heavy, or the Gym Style series.

Everyone is raving about the Gym Style strength training videos. Also the Pyramid Upper and Lower Body videos are great too!

I'd go with the Gym Styles for upper and lower body. If you can't get all three, go for MM. Low Max is great, too.

Yes, I would agree PUB/PLB. If you purchase DVDs these are on the same DVD. I noticed that you have KPC, but not L&G? L&G is an awesome lower body work out. I really like that one. I also have GS Legs and the GS that has biceps on it. I like them as well, but when I do the pyramids I really, REALLY feel worked out.:)

I posted at the same time as Pinky and agree MM is a great all body w/o. Also, haven't purchased LM, but have done it off of Fit TV. Love it! I think I have to get that one next!

Well, I have a few Firm videos that I use for the weight lifting. Is that OK to use those on the weight days? I would rather have Cathe's of course!!!But...I can only afford a little at a time...
Also, I was wondering if it is OK to modify the workouts that use Barbells, Exercise balls, stretchy things? Or should I stay away from them unless I have the equiptment?
