Hi everyone, was hoping someone has an answer. I have been forgoing the gym more often now to do Cathe at home but my problem is I live in an apartment with carpet over cement. I know sooner rather than later I will feel the impact. Having been to my chiropractor on and off for many many years, I know he'll be mad to hear I'm jumping on cement. I need to find some type of mat that gives enough cushion and I can lay over the carpet but remove when I'm done. Either a big sheet or tiles, either will do. I saw a recent post about aerobotile, or something like that but need to know what I can use specifically for over carpet.
Also if you have any suggestions of retailers that specialize in this stuff, I'd love to see instead of purchasing online.
