HELP!!! Stuck after 2nd baby! Need rotation help!

Help! With my first child the weight just fell off. Now with my second child being born six months ago, I am still struggling with losing the weight. It seems like no matter what I do it just sticks to me. I eat really well and I work out 6 days a week and yoga on the seventh. My lower body desperately needs some help, especially that jelly roll that comes with having children. Could you please help me with a rotation? I only have about an hour a day to work out. Thank you!!
