Dear SNM,
I feel horrible because I realized today that I ordered the wrong DVD! I meant to order the Kick,Punch and Crunch tape. When I put the Step Blast tape in today I realized it was not what I wanted! What can I do? Would you consider exchanging the DVD? I wouldbe happy to pay to have it sent back to you...Oh boy, the titles with three verbs confused me a bit.
