Hi All:
I was using Cathe vids pretty much exclusively for about 2 years and became pretty fit with some good muscle developement. I could do the IMAXs all the way through and was even thinking about doing one of A-Jock's Mish Moshes, lol! (full disclosure: I am 45 and have rheumatoid arthritis)
Well, about 5 months ago I had some personal issues that interupted my workouts and am having a very rough time getting back into it. I have lost a lot of muscle and my cardio capacity has greatly decreased. I am having a lot of arthritis flare-ups as a result of being out of shape and feel miserable. I am wondering if anyone can recommend a rotation to help ease me back into regular exercise that is not a beginner rotation, but not advanced (yet) either? My goal is to get back to my former fitness level within 3 months (is that realistic?) I have all of Cathe's videos (also recently purchased Power 90x, but am a long way from being able to use them, and have pre-ordered Cathe's Hardcore Series which I hope to be back in shape for by the time they arrive!) and have about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs per day to exercise. I used to be pretty good at making up rotations, but can't seem to come up with anything in-between being "too easy" or "too hard"!
Thanks so much for your help!!
Pam
