Pick Cathe workouts that really put the Fire In The Thighs, so that you toast up! My FITT (hey, I like that) Faves are: Circuit Max with heavy barbell/lower body only; a mish-mosh of Interval Max warm-up, Body Max step circuit segment, and CTX Power Circuit segment; AND my beloved Interval Max Pure And Simple.
As Honeybunch said, have everything laid out and ready to go, including tapes/DVD, weights, step, AND clothing before you go to bed, so that you can zoom right into it! And don't forget to hydrate AND caffeinate!
