Help...need info/opinions

Can anyone give me info/opinions on a dietary supplement called Body Solutions or Body Success PM? Says it promotes increased fat metabolism. Also says it contains Tonalin, Collagen and Aloe Vera.
I'm an avid exerciser(5x a week-60 to 70 minutes per workout), but I have to wonder about this diet helper as I don't have control of my eating.
Thank you everyone.

Sounds like just some more overpriced hocus-pocus to me.

Question: what percentage of your workout is dedicated to strength training? I found that when I upped my strength training to 2X-3X per week from 1X per week, my appetite both in terms of amounts desired AND KINDS OF FOODS desired really normalized a lot; my sweet tooth (more of a fang, in my case) and my fats tooth have both been seriously dulled, and my desire for fresh fruits/veggies, lower-fat proteins has totally increased.

Just a thought . . .

Absolutely, I agree with Annette! When I increased my weight training, working out with heavier weights, my appetite changed in many ways. I don't have a major sweet tooth, but I had a "fat foods" fang, constantly craving fried foods, but my appetite changed with the increased weight training and my body began to crave veggies, fruits, and grains. And I found I could eat more daily and still lose weight. There are so many horror stories about people trying supplements and having adverse reactions, if you can do it on your own, you're just so much better off. I even have my own supplement horror story. Having so much weight to lose, when I began my journey I was looking for any "short cut" I could find, and I tried an herbal supplement called "trimlife" which was suppose to "melt the fat" for me. Well the only thing that happened was that I broke out from scalp to toes with hives that lasted for a week! I was miserable, out of the money for the supplement, and disillusioned by the fact that the only way I was going to "melt the fat" was by hard work and consistency. So whatever you decide, be careful and check for possible side effects/reactions. :)

Remember the caveat that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true. Supplements can be great but theres much to be said for a clean diet and a carefully planned fitness program. No magic bullet, just lots of hard work and a diet that contains enough protein, carbohydrate and fat to be satisfying and to meet your metabolic needs! There's a weath of information along those lines right here in this forum!

Good luch whatever you decide!
