Hi folks. Wondering if you guys can point me in the right direction for some exercises using the bands? I have 2 of them and plan on taking them and a couple cathe cardio tapes w/me this next wk when I travel on business. My laptop has a dvd player and I figure I can do the KPC/MIC in my hotel room and now I just need some exercises for the bands!
