Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if any of you have tried KCM's 30 minutes to fitness weights, also Cardio Sculpt Fitness DVD's? I'm thinking getting one or both of these but as a Cathe/Amy fan I don't know alot about KCM on these types of workouts. I look forward to your thoughts, advice, and comments.

Thanks!

Nora

Nora,

I love KCM's style and workouts.

30 Minutes Fitness Weights is my favorite KCM workout. It feels very different from my other weight workouts. I love the versatality because you can do the workouts with different active rest options between sets. There is standing abs (very effective and creative), floor abs, and low impact cardio as options. It also has so many excellent premixes. I usually end up doing ALL the content on the DVD as one long workout because I have so much fun I find it tough to stop.

I dont have Cardio Sculpt Fitness.

My other KCM favorites are 30 Minutes Kickbox and NYC with 30 Minutes Bootcamp close on their heels.

Hi Nora,

I'm a big KCM fan! I agree with Vee's comments, and I also have Cardio Sculpt fitness. I will mention that I don't think she has the "drop dead intensity" level of a Cathe workout, but that's okay by me since variety is the spice etc etc. I just did 30 minutes Kickbox last night (I usually do both segments so it's an hour workout) and the time really does fly by. Her moves are not overly complex so I can focus more on form. I love Amy but I do think that sometimes her kickbox moves are too fast to have really good form (I'm not talking about Rumble, but her newest CIA is like that, IMO).

Hope this helps!

KCM is VERY different from Cathe and Amy but I enjoy her stepboxing and the 30 Minutes to Fitness Kickboxing and Boot Camp workouts. I had her 30 Min. to Fitness Weights and I liked it and used it a lot but ended up trading it for something I wanted more. I agree about KCM not having the drop dead intensity but it's definitely intense enough! I have Cardio Sculpt and sometimes I use it and like it a lot and other times I've put it in and taken it right out. 'Don't really know why. It's not a favorite of mine but it's a good workout. Cathe, Amy, CLX, kettlebells are my current top picks for workout preferences to let you know where I'm coming from. Happy weekend!
