And just think - all that running you'll be doing will help make you feel less miserable. (except for the part before the run - that never gets much easier).
Do it for me because I am working 12 hour days so I can head to the hospital on Thursday and I would love nothing more than to get in a good workout but alas I am wiped and only have the strength to go home, eat, and go to sleep. Now that was a run on sentence
i knew it would be long day. blew a tire out yesterday on the ice. not fun. had to wait two hours for the guy to come, get sofie (my crv) out of the ice and change the tire. i brought it in early to get 4 new tires. have no clue why it took all day for them to do the work. i knew it would be a late nite for work. for once i planned ahead. met my walking partners at the park at 5:30am and walked till 7:45.
does this help with guilt? i was told i wasnt good at it, but i am trying.
YAY FOR US! I had an awesome leg/chest workout last night. SO did not feel like going but felt great when I left.
And I skipped cardio this morning. :-( Shame on me. Can't do it tomorrow b/c I have to work til midnight tonight. Two days in a row w/o cardio--whatever will I do?
