I hear ya... I've been feeling so unmotivated lately. But remember how great you feel once you start... and especially when you're stretching at the end. That's got to be my favorite part... stretching those warm muscles all nice and sweaty! C'mon, you know you really want to put in a Cathe dvd and get into it
*sigh* I have a 4 mile run on tap for tonight. No Cathe for me. But it'll feel good once I get started, that's for sure. Especially if I don't have that burden of knowing Michele blew off her workout because of me weighing me down

Shelley, I will do a comparable Cardio Coach on Eli, kay?
Ha! That reminds me of the time my DD, then about 6, said to me, "Mommy, it's NOT ALL ABOUT YOU". I guess she was right. I'm so jealous that you're done.
By the way, won't you please come on over to one of the check-in forums. I would love having you there. Just pick one that sounds great for you. I chose Maniacs, sometimes I get into the Yoga one, and I check in with the Daily's also. Whatever ones you chose, people are going to love you. Have fun.
I just read that you are in a couple of them. They better kick your butt into gear, give them time, the day is not over with.
You must go. YOU MUST GO. I have legs on the agenda for tonight--that's after Circuit Max & 2 segments of Core Max yesterday & IMAX3 this morning (yeah I'm making up for the w/e LOL). I'm exhausted but I know I have to go otherwise my routine for the rest of the week will be entirely feklempt (is that the correct spelling? :+ ).
So Shelley, while my cottage cheese butt is squatting & pressing I'll think of yours running & sweating.
Does that help? ;-)
Now I need help--someone pick a cardio w/o for me to do tomorrow. That's not too hard but not so easy I feel like I wasted an extra hour's worth of sleep.
I don't see any cottage cheese in your pictures. And, have you joined one of the check-ins? It would be great if both you and Shelly could do that. What a hoot that would be. You two are so much fun.
Um, Shelley - the Cheetahs can find you here, too... }( So, get out there, get your butt (and legs moving) and give me 4 miles otherwise you'll have to abdicate your Cheetah membership... :+
I divided my run today into 2 parts and definitely didn't want to get back on the TM and finish that 2nd run.
I was just telling my kids after school that it is so weird to feel such dread/yuck-factor about a workout -- but then I never have that feeling after a workout. I'm always glad I did it. They said they felt that way about homework & piano lessons...and music class at school, etc.
I sometimes say: just do it for 5 minutes or 10 minutes, you can always stop if it really is a mistake to work out today. I have more of this kind of dread with running than other cardio...
Sometimes warming up for a longer period first helps, too: e.g. a segment of LIC or walking or a warmup on a tape (e.g. B&G warmup...) Sometimes doing abs first is good before a run. Or sometimes doing floorwork???
