I'm doing a group project for the class I'm taking now, and we have to do a report and presentation on "implementing a corporate fitness center to increase employee morale and decrease health insurance premiums". I've found quite a bit of good stuff so far, but I'm extending into my network of fellow fitness freaks ( 
) to see if you all can give me more material to work with.
I would love statistics or survey results on anything fitness-related. It doesn't have to do with a corporate fitness center -- just as long as it relates to fitness I'll be pleased with that.
Also, if anyone works for a company (or knows someone who does) that has a corporate fitness center, what do you think of it? Do many people use it? Does your company offer any special incentives to get in shape or work out?
Lastly, we all know that exercising boosts your energy and keeps you healthy, but doesn anyone have any facts, statistics, lists, etc. of all the benefits that can be achieved by exercising? They don't necessarily need to have anything to do with corporate fitness centers, but it would be nice if I can find some info that could convince a corporation that a fitness center would be a benefit to them, as well as their employees.
