My family have all entered a little contest with each other...who ever loses the most weight by May 1 wins $350. (We have to lose the weight healthfully and not by drastic measures). I would like to lose 20 lbs. I joined Weight Watchers and have preorderedt he Hardcore Series. I'm considering doing two-a-day workouts while waiting for the series. What would be a good rotation to really jumpstart the weight loss? Time is not a factor. And I have all of Cathe's videos.
