Put your cursor on the tweet you want to reply to and you should "reply" come up on it. Just click on reply.

There are a couple of ways. I assume you have registered on Twitter. Log in and when you tweet put a @ followed by the user name of the person you want to respond to and then key in your tweet. All of your followers will see this, but it indicates that is is an answer to a specific person.

Thanks!! But, when I reply it doesn't show up in there twitter spot - only in mine. So, for instance, I was replying to a poll for funniest person and every time hit reply (with the @) it would just post on my tweets, not theirs!? Does that make sense? You are the best for helping. Thanks!
