I would like to do a rotation for cardio and abs I have both P90x & plus, all Cathe's, Treadmill, elliptical and recumbent I have Cardio Coach's and I am going to purchase the Bosu or kettlebell today My main focus is to change it up I have been doing mostly weights for 11 weeks so I want to try something mostly cardio and abs. I have no idea of the concept to put one together sorry and thanks to anyone that gives it a try.
