Hi everyone,
I need help to finally decide what to get...it's taking me forever so anyone that could shed some light would be very appreciated!
I consider myself a intermediate/advanced exerciser and am interested in 4ds, dm, bm2, b&g and also p90x. I would eventually get them all but i would like something to do rotations on and then go to something else. I know p90x is 90 days, how long could I do 4ds for and what about dm, bm2 and b&g...could I do a rotation with those 3. As you see I am confused and don't know where to begin...I don't need to lose alot of weight maybe 10lbs and don't want to bulk up just get nice lean muscles. I could get them all but still would not know what to do!!!
