Help me decide! PS or S&H to get back some lost muscle?

I've been away from Cathe's strength for too long doing some other weight programs and I've lost some muscle and definition. I will need to ease back into a gym-style weight routine, so I am thinking I should probably start with PS series for upper body to start, but I want to gain it back as soon as possible! What do you think? (I'm not planning to incorporate the leg work at this time, I'm thinking upper body only).

Editing to add that I am very familiar with the PS series, but I've never used my S&H set.
 
I LOVE S&H. I don't have PS but 4 weeks on S&H and I had huge improvements - in fact I was REALLY sad when the rotation ended! We had a "support thread" of folks missing S&H in the general forum.
