Help Making a Rotation Please

Hello Everyone,

I know this is something I can totally do on my own, and I usually do, but I'd like to recruit your help. I'd like to make a strictly Cathe rotation but I'm running out of combinations. Perhaps one of you knowledgeable fitness fans has some fresh ideas for me. I'm really interested in leaning out this summer, building a little muscle, and losing a little bit of weight. I am 21 and I currently wear a size 10/12 and weigh a decent amount more than I look like I might weigh. I don't much go by the number because I'm pretty solid and you can see muscle definition on me. My goal is to get down to a size 6/8 by the summer's end (managed it 2 summers ago but didn't maintain) so I know it's possible and appropriate for my body type. The Cathe programs I own are:

Intensity Series (3 DVD set): C&W, IMAX2, ME, PUB/PLB, BC
Ab hits DVD
Maximum Intensity Strength VHS
Power Hour VHS
Circuit Max VHS
Basic Step & Body Fusion DVD

If anyone has the time to design an program for me to jumpstart my summer fitness regimen I would greatly appreciate it. I'm fairly new to the forums and look forward to sharing more information and ideas on fitness. Thanks for your help!

I would suggest doing PUB/PUL rotation as I like those for toning.

Days:
1. PUB + abs
2. Imax2
3. C&W + abs
4. PLB
5. Imax 2 + abs
6. Circuit Max

Here is another Idea

1. MIS+ abs
2. Imax2
3. C & W + Abs
4. BC
5. PH + Abs
6. CM

I don't know how much time you have to workout, aim to work out your abs, three times a week but not on consecutive days, they need rest just like all other muscles. Interval training, like Imax burn fat even after the workout, but should not be done two days in a row either, and of course, the permanent solution is to buil muscle mass as muscle it burns more fat even at rest. Eating clean meals, 5/6 small meals a day is best, including a protein and complex carbs with each meal.
