Help, just scarfed animal cookies

Yes, I was bad, bad, bad. I was so good for so long (moinths), but the cookies got me today. Last week, was my birthday and my co-workers bought me a bag of iced animal crackers which I hid on myself. I think I just ate half the bag. It didnt help that I was sooo hungry today either. I dont know why, but I had the cookie/sugar munchies. Now I think my tummy is mad at me, but it tasted so good. Ah, well, tomorrow is another day. Anybody else have the occasional sugar binge?
 
We all have, kiddo. Don't worry about it - an occasional sugar blast won't kill ya.

You'll be comforted to know that somewhere out there, probably at the San Diego Wild Animan Preserve, some lionesses are posting "Help. just scarfed people cookies."

Occasional?!?! I truly fight (or not fight) my sugar cravings EVERY darn day! x( Leave me with a bag/box/barrel of sweets and it can be gone in seconds, and all you'd see is the spinning empty container! :)

Seriously though, don't beat yourself up! Like you said tomorrow is a new day. And since you'd been so good in the previous months you won't even see this slip. Just do 2 sections of Core Max tonight if it'll make you feel better. :)

Sugar is one of my BAD addictions that I'm trying to break. That and Diet Coke. I've found (just this week in fact) that dried Apricots help me when I need something sweet--They're a good hearty mouthful and yet aren't that bad calorie wise. The ones I like are the orange colored ones (the brown ones just look too icky for me to put in my mouth!) :p

Ahhh....those iced animal cookies are good! Did you have some skim milk or coffee to go with them.

No worries, the sweet tooth get the best of us all sometimes. Considering it is Easter, at least you did not scarf down a whole chocolate bunny! :)

Anyway I can't comment on the sugar binge. I'm a sugar addict. I read the other day that the American Diabetes Association recommends eating no more than 50g of sugar a day, so I've been checking out the labels of my food to see how much sugar they have and I'm telling you I have no idea how am I going to do the 50g a day thing. Even foods that are made of complex carbs and are by no means sweet foods have some amount of sugar. I don't know how I'm going to do it. Oh well...

If you had only one sugar binge day you're my hero! I have those all week long.x(
 
I had an Easter candy binge last night. I ate about 800-1000 calories. Yes, that put me WAY over my calorie budget for the day. Ooooh!!! x( But it was one day. It was one time. Today will be on track. And since I did Gym Style Legs on Friday and my butt still hurts, I have a great reminder to not blow all my hard work today. (Yes, I'm feeling a bit guilty about the Cadbury eggs!!)
 
Awwwwwww, everyone binges occasionally. You'll be fine. You work out TONS. I'm sure one animal cookie binge won't even make a smidgen of difference.

Today I am feeling more energetic than usual (gee I wonder why?) so I am looking forward to todays workouut.
