Help! Intense video suggestion???

I'm new to Cathe vids, so please help me. I'm certified and have taught aerobic weight training classes for a couple years, so I'm not new to this, but I need your expert advice on videos when I'm not teaching!

I'm very familiar with Firm workouts...it's my understanding their videos are more for beginner/intermediate users b/c that's the market easiest to target. I've used the BSS1, and it's just not intense enough for me...I'd rather do my own workout than Firm, but a video to follow would be easy on the mind.

I want something HARD and INTENSE. I hear Cathe is the way to go -- Preferably weight training with some intervals thrown in for cardio. I find my body responds best with this workout. Recs please?

(I have all her DVD's)

IMO her most intense workout with cardio and weights is Circuit Max.

Her toughest straight cardio workout is MIC-- Maximun Intensity Cardio.

Her toughest interval training workouts are IMAX (Interval Max) and IMAX 2. IMAX 2 has more of a fun factor to it, but IMAX (Interval Max) is fun also.
(no weight training with the IMAX workouts)

If you like short intense cardios then her CTX (Cross Train Xpress Series) is great also!! 30 minutes of intense cardio followed by strength training.

Oh!! Body Max is another total body tough workout. It's a bit longer than the other workouts but you can split it up. Her DVD's have great chaptering also. I would definitely go with the DVD's.
 
Circuit Max. You might find the compound segments easy, but you can always just do the lower body movements with much heavier poundage. I have found this to be the best. The cardio is intense and is split into hi/lo, kickbox, step kickbox, and step. I love this workout!

The Terminator DVD might be another one for you to check out. The Gauntlet is a great, intense circuit workout and The Viper is good too (although my heart rate tends to drop too low during the upper body sections). Imax Xtreme is a little shy on the circuit work, but it's length makes it intense!

Body Max and Boot Camp are also intense circuit workouts. If you have a DVD player, Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance is a great one to try. The premixes of Boot Camp are fabulous, especially the cardio/lower body premix. I seem to do that one at least once a week. OH yeah Jillybean!!! How could I forget about the Terminator and Boot Camp? Cathe has so many great workouts to choose from!!

My vote for terminator and boot camp and for intense cardio imax 1 and 2.Also I want to add the older firms are a little more intense than the new ones (bss1 and 2) and most are circuit videos and there are alot of them .you can't buy some of the older ones any more.
