I've recently noticed that I keep adding more and more supplements to my daily routine and was wondering if I am the only one. This is what I currently taking:
Multivitamin
green tea extract
super digestive enzyme
alpha lipoic acid
conjugated linoleic acid
fish oil
quercetin
Does any one else take a lot of supplements? Any I should be adding? TIA!
