Help!! I'm addicted to supplements!

I've recently noticed that I keep adding more and more supplements to my daily routine and was wondering if I am the only one. This is what I currently taking:

Multivitamin
green tea extract
super digestive enzyme
alpha lipoic acid
conjugated linoleic acid
fish oil
quercetin

Does any one else take a lot of supplements? Any I should be adding? TIA!

I take fish oil, a multi, and a soy protein drink that also has multi "stuff" in it.

I used to take CoQ10, green tea, and a few others, but I stopped when I ran out. I haven't noticed much of a difference, but then again, would I notice anything on a cellular level? :p

I take fish oil, bone up (calcium), greens(earth's promise), green tea, the multi vitamins that are in protein powder. I usually have one protein/fruit smoothie a day.

Forgive me but this thread makes me think of the Chappelle show..."Red Balls! Cocaine in a can baby!"

I don't take any supplements. They kill my stomach. I also don't drink protein drinks or eat bars. I try to eat fresh food in as close to natural state as possible. I believe it all kind of works together and when you take a supplement they isolate one part of a plant and make a synthetic version of it or even a natural one and I believe it is the whole plant working together that is beneficial.
Remember that whole mess with Vit A where they had isolated out the wrong substance and it was actually detrimental. Just eat the carrot! I liked Michael Pollan's book In Defense of Food.

I am a multivitamin girl mostly. I will take calcium supplements if I haven't gotten enough servings of dairy that day, though. ( I try to strive for at around 1000 mg/day of Ca). I don't like taking the pills, but there are alot of days where I know I'm not getting my RDA for the vitamin/minerals I need.

I'm not a fan of supplements normally.. I just haven't seen enough hard science to prove that the majority of them are beneficial.

Now, protein bars? Different story.. I eat a ton of those if you consider those supplementing.

I know people who train seriously take massive amounts of stuff and if I were wicked-serious I probably would too. As it stands, it's a multivitamin, and a high-powered time-released B vitamin add-on. Couldn't believe what a difference the B has made. I need to get back to taking all the stuff I used to...
