Help from the educated crowd!!

Hi everyone,

i have been doing this rotation for 2 weeks.. is it too much ?? Is it good for weight loss.. i need expert help on this.. here is my rotation :

monday : power hour
tuesday: interval max or a ctx cardio
wednesday: MIS
thursday:cardio kicks or an easier cathe cardio
friday: power hour or MIS
sat: intense moves (reebok)
sunday : OFF .. (ahhhhh)
i am 5'4" 189lbs and am 36 yrs old.. how does this sound.. too much or very effective??.. i have lost 2 lbs so far but its killing me, feel burnt out sometimes and can barely do it

My suggestion, for what it's worth. Back off on the weights and only do two days per week of Power Hour/MIS. Power Hour is VERY intense, and I think 2 times per week is plenty.

Also, I see you have 2 days of interval tapes. I would back off to one per week. Substitute a regular step tape if you want, or walk, or something else. This will leave you with 2 total body workouts and 4 cardio workouts per week.

I agree that if you're feeling burned out, it's time to retool the workout.

I agree with Honeybunch. On Wednesday, you could go for a long walk, like 3 miles, and then come home and do some floor legs with a body bar, and some stretching. It may be just the low-impact break you need in the middle of the week!
