Help for the trainer!

Hi! I'm a personal trainer, and it seems I have all the answers for my clients, but I am having a hard time with an answer for myself! LOL!

I'm brand new to your videos, I've watched many of the clips and LOVE them! I am so excited to find you!

Anyway, my question...I do cardio, roughly 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. I really would like to increase my endurance. I wanted a strictly cardio video, though, Is there one you would suggest to start out with???

Cathe's in and out right now because she's working on the new vid's, so just until she gets a chance to look at this I thought I'd mention that I've heard that Interval workouts are excellent for building cardio endurance. A lot of us do Imax 1 and II (Interval Max) once or twice a week. Its strictly cardio, with a section of step, and then and intensity blast and then repeat that 10 times.

It'll definitely do the trick. Imax 2 is the newer of the two and a lot of people like the music on it.

Definitely go with DVD because Cathe has excellent chapters and some other premixes on the DVDs for variety.
