Has anyone tried a cream called Blue Emu? My aunt recommended it to my mom for the pain in her knees. Yesterday I was running around after my nephew in flip flops and that did nothing for the plantar problem I have in my right foot. My foot hurt so much by the end of the day and I was telling my mom how sore it was. She gave me some of this Emu stuff to put on my foot before I went to bed. Usually my first few steps in the morning can be kind of painful especially if I was really active or on my feet a lot the day before, but when I stepped down this morning my foot felt fantastic. I was in shock. I have no idea what's in this stuff, but my foot hasn't felt that pain free in a long time. I know plantars is something discussed on this forum, so I thought I'd let you all know about this stuff. It works incredibly well.
