Hi All!
About 6 weeks ago I slept wrong on my left arm and I am experiencing a lot of discomfort in the ligaments/tendons attached to my left elbow.
The elbow joint itself does not hurt but the ligament/tendon at the bottom of the bicep is giving me pain as well as some discomfort in the forearm near the elbow. It is also painful in the top of my hand. I have weak wrists and baby them quite a bit. I used to have to sleep with wrist guards on to keep my wrists in alignment (years ago) but haven't had any problems for many years.
I haven't done any weight lifting for a few weeks. When I did I found I was able to do hammer curls and concentration curls without any discomfort. Traditional bicep curls are out of the question. Bent arm side lateral raises are fine, but long lever side lateral raises, out of the question!
I have been taking my MSM, Glucosamine and Chondroitin joint formula with some relief. Then I'll sleep on the arm wrong and have to start all over again.
If this was due to overuse/overtraining I could accept it and understand. All I did was sleep on the darn arm wrong. So frustrating!
Thanks in advance for your experience, expertise, etc!
