Help Cathe!!!

Hey Everybody! I have been working workout for about 3 years. I do 2 hours of cardio and a hour of weights. Do you think that is to much? Am I over training? I am 19 years old, my weight is 104, and I am 5'2. Please help anybody!!!

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON Nov-02-00 AT 11:58AM (Est)[/font][p]Hi! If you are doing this amount of exercise per week, then no, you are not overtraining. If you are doing this amount per day, then yes, I would have to say you are overtraining.

You'll be happy to know that you do not need to do so much to keep fit. I recommend cutting back to FIVE cardio workouts a week(45 to 60 minutes per session), ONE interval workout per week (12 minute warm up plus 45 minutes worth of intervals, cool down and then stretch), and TWO total body strength workouts per week.
