I need your help. I need to know if I'm doing the leg band presses and the triceps dumbbell presses wrong somehow. With the Leg Band Presses you say we should be feeling it in the gluteals. I do feel it there somewhat but I mostly feel it in my quads. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried setting my step at both both at 12 inches and 8 inches - but still feel most the burn in the quads.
Also, when doing the triceps dumbbell presses I seem to feel those more in my biceps! Am I doing something wrong there too? I'm using 15 lbs right along with you.
