help again

Hi Lillie

You would probably have the best luck with Cathes earlier releases...Like Mega Step Blast, Step Max and the Wedding video. Cathe has the moves broken down a tad bit more than her later releases.

I like to recommend the Wedding tape just because you get both a cardio and toning workout. Hope that helps a little:)

I second the recommendation for the wedding tape. I'm a clutz, and even I had most of the moves on the first try (except for the ricochet move - that took 3 times). It is still an intense workout, but would be great to start with.

Good luck choosing.

I also agree with the Wedding Tape, but I want to add one more thing. If at first the workout is too intense for you, take the step down to 4" or even on the floor. I started with BodyMax (a truly intense tape!!) and that's what I did. After two weeks I was able to up my step height. I read your other post, and since you're just starting out, it's always best to take it slow and steady. By the way, WELCOME:) :)!!

ooh, I just posted you on Open Discussion. Cathe is not for beginners, but the Wedding Video is the "beginningest"--but we don't want you to get discouraged by starting too soon. Stay on this site because you'll be ready in just a short time. Get the Weddding Video and see how much you can do on 4" or the floor--it'll be fun!!

I'd also like to add Step Heat. It's a bit shorter than other step tapes and the choreography is pretty easy to learn. It also gives a short intro to Cathe's killer ab workouts. Good luck and happy shopping!
