I'm sure i'm not the only one! But I am just freakin sore! I'm on week 2 and i had to take a extra rest day! I did try the plyo legs on tuesday and i can barely walk, but i did make it through woo wee!

Ditto over here! Do something "different" does make a difference! I just did disc #3 for legs - it was thorough - but over before I was really tired. I did not hurt as much as B&G - but low and behold I am sore this morning! These new workouts must really use the muscles differently. I can't wait to try the upper body!

I did disc 3 this morning, and I felt like I could have used heavier weights however, I am quite sore. I was relieved I made it through the workout, but my "bonus burn" was having to walk up two flights of steps to take a shower since I workout in my basement!!
 
Finally able to walk normally again!

I have not yet started STS. I have been working on my 1 RMs and I did the test for the first leg disc on Monday. I woke up Tuesday and I could not move. I had to roll out of bed onto the floor and slowly stand up. I did a penguin walk up and down the stairs Tuesday and Wednesday. That has not happened to me in years. My back was sore (in a good way) from using my hooks to help lift the heavy weight.

Obviously I have not been challenging myself all these years to get to that next level.

I got a massage last night to try and get some of the blood to flow again. I also slathered some Ben Gay on the backs of my legs. I woke up this morning and I can finally walk and sit normally. My butt had been so sore. I could not sit on hard surfaces without a cushion.

I can only image what filming this series must have been like.

This is going to be some workout! YAY!
 
I am surprised at the soreness as well - like I posted before - I felt some burn - but not as bad as B&G - I think it must be the new movements and order of exercises. The time just flew by - fun stuff!
 
It's like my body its just now taking in all the hard work i've been doing, for the last 2 weeks and making me so sore! LOL:)
 
I just finished my first week of STS and I'm sore and in love with this series--some of the best $$ I ever spent:D.
