Hi everyone! I just found out on Monday that I am pregnant again. My period wasn't even due until today, but I was having a lot of symptoms so I tested early. I am a little nervous about early miscarriage (though I have no history of it), but at 37 I know there is a higher risk. I was wondering if I should cut back on my exercise now to help reduce the risk of miscarriage, or does it make a difference. I did ease up this week because of my nervousness. I really want to stay healthy, continue exercising and avoid the 54lb weight gain that I had with the last two.
I was wondering if anyone had some thoughts about this.
