Hello...

carrie123

Cathlete
I am back. I love working out with you guys and have missed you. I've been lurking far too long lately. I just have had too many medical procedures to get through. It really does start going downhill after 30, I'm 34. But after everything is done, I will be almost good as new. I'm soooo excited to get back to doing all the things I love doing, exercising!!!

Back surgery, (rhizolysis)
Bladder lift and partial hysterectemy (sametime)
Deep cleaning (dentist) Not that this stops me from anything, it just slows me down, (ouch).

I'm hoping for a very fast recovery, so I can enjoy my new dvds;-)I gained 5 lbs since I stopped posting here:( So I'm back to a clean diet and will do BBC until my procedures. Maybe get a chance to try a couple of Cathe's newer dvds. I really like the option of doing weights first and then cardio in her new premixes, so I can focus more on fat loss. At least that's how I understood it.

Ok, talk to ya guys later, take care.

Carrie

Hi Carrie, it is good to see you! Sorry to hear about all of your medical problems! I bet you are so glad to be heading back to a normal routine! :)

Welcome back! I totally understand how hard it is after surgery and other things to get back into it all, so take it easy and ease your way back bit by bit!:) We are all here for you.

You're welcome and thanks for saying you like my blog. I do enjoy blogging and I change my exercise plans so often (unfortunately) there's always something to talk about.

My blog was really easy to create on my Mac, but there also great online places to start a blog like http://www.blogger.com. Cathe's blog is on blogger (also called blogspot) and I had an old blog there that was just about everyday matters (but I didn't keep it up so it's really old stuff now).

Hey,
You had a prolapse issue? I have been dealing with the same thing. Complications from my 3 rapid child deliveries (there is such a thing as a too quick birth). I've been going the physical therapy route and hoping I don't have to have surgery. I hope you have good success with your recovery and future exercise regime.
Heather
