Just wanted to see if you are still doing the August rotation and how things were going for you. Today I did 20 minutes of hi/lo aerobics followed by upper body. My arms are fried, particularly the biceps. I'm sure I will be feeling this tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow, it should be quite intense with both cardio portions from CTX kickbox and step and intervals.
What type of results are you seeing/experiencing? For me I'm not seeing too much in terms of muscle development. I am feeling like I'm making a lot of cardiovascular gains. It seems that I'm not dying nearly as much or as early on the heavy cardio days.
