Just wanted to see if you are still doing the August rotation and how things were going for you. Today I did 20 minutes of hi/lo aerobics followed by upper body. My arms are fried, particularly the biceps. I'm sure I will be feeling this tomorrow. Speaking of tomorrow, it should be quite intense with both cardio portions from CTX kickbox and step and intervals.

What type of results are you seeing/experiencing? For me I'm not seeing too much in terms of muscle development. I am feeling like I'm making a lot of cardiovascular gains. It seems that I'm not dying nearly as much or as early on the heavy cardio days.

You sound very sore! I wish I were! By that statement you should know that I have been up to no good.
I was doing really well with the rotation but then I found a running partner and this week I totally concentrated on my running and I didn't lift weights at all!:eek: And I love lifting weights.
I am really finding it hard to spend alot of time working out.I use to spend 90 min a day but with two jobs and everything else, I can't jugge it all.
You sound like you are doing good.I was mainly doing the rotation b/c I wanted to lose fat.I started running more this week and I have lost 3lbs.I think I ran 76kms in 5 days.My knee aren't sore at all either.
What kind of benefits are you getting from the rotation? Are you seeing any major changes? Let me know how you are doing.

p.s I may not have lifted weights but my hamstrings and inner thighs are a little sore!:7
